Report an issue with your delivery

You can self serve report an issue with your Delivery via your Orders and Deliveries page on the Web and Orders page on the App
  • Click on "Report an Issue"
  • Choose your Issue Type and click "Next"
  • Select the delivery from the last 7 days that has been impacted
