Our drivers deliver your milk in sturdy glass bottles straight to your doorstep. Once you’ve enjoyed every last sip of fresh milk, rinse the empty bottle and leave it outside in its usual spot. On their next round, our drivers will collect your rinsed bottles, which are then professionally sterilised and cleaned. Then they're refilled with fresh milk for the next delivery round. This simple process allows each bottle to be reused 25-30 times, significantly reducing single-use plastics and supporting a more sustainable future.
Yes, of course! If you need to pause your deliveries because you're going on holiday or your previous delivery lasted longer than you thought, all you need to do is let us know by 8pm the night before. Simply:1. Go to the Repeat Orders page on our website or in the app. 2. Press 'Pause all' or pause a particular product. 3. Select your reasoning – just so we know if there's anything we can improve on. 4. Choose your pause and restart date. 5. Click 'Pause'.
