You can now report any issues to your last few deliveries from our mobile app in just a few clicks.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  • Login from the Account section of the mobile app
  • Go to Orders
  • Go to Report an issue with my delivery'
  • Choose your issue type and click 'Next'
  • You can then choose from any deliveries you received in the last 7 days
