The Bread Factory is an award-winning, Manchester-based bakery and proud supplier of leading Michelin restaurants. Their artisan goods are truly a labour of love, with each one handmade, hand-rolled and hand-shaped with plenty of passion and creativity, before being hand-packaged in recyclable paper bags. Like us, they think single-use plastics are crumby, and are committed to making the world a butter place with their delicious sourdough, croissants, pain au chocolates and pain au raisins.
We work with real farmers and a network of independent suppliers who provide fresh groceries. Our commitment to serve at least 75% local and independent clients or customers. This means we can keep supply chains short, treat everyone fairly and reduce unnecessary waste.
