After a trip to Kenya, founder Nathan Clemes came back with a question: why wasn't anyone in the UK talking about baobab? Known locally as the Tree of Life, the African superfruit is naturally packed with fibre, vitamins and antioxidants. So Nathan set out to bottle that goodness into something genuinely useful. The result is UNROOTED: a range of functional shots designed to give you a proper lift in the morning, without the caffeine crash or sugar slump. Every UNROOTED shot is boosted with wild-harvested baobab, sourced from smallholder farmers in Africa who are paid fairly for their work. The range covers their high fibre Super Greens, Lemon & Baobab and high in vitamin C Punchy Turmeric, Ginger & Baobab, all made with natural ingredients and no nasties. It's a small daily habit with a bigger story behind it, supporting baobab harvesting communities, biodiversity and a healthier start to the day. Good energy and a good gut, all round.
We work with real farmers and a network of independent suppliers who provide fresh groceries. Our commitment to serve at least 75% local and independent clients or customers. This means we can keep supply chains short, treat everyone fairly and reduce unnecessary waste.
