
Founded in 2012, Cooper's Bakehouse grew from a wood-fired, one-man business to being a well respected baker of real bread using the best organic ingredients and a long, slow, traditional fermentation process. All of Cooper's sourdoughs ferment over four days for fantastic flavour with no additives, raising agents or ultra-processed ingredients. Shaped and baked by hand, with love, patience and no corners cut, Cooper's is the very best that bread can be. The incredible flavour and freshness is a testament to the attention to detail, time and care that the team at Cooper’s puts into each loaf of bread.
We work with real farmers and a network of independent suppliers who provide fresh groceries. This allows us to keep supply chains short, treat everyone fairly and reduce unnecessary waste.
