Little Blonde Bakes is one of the sweetest success stories in the Manchester bakery scene. Founded by dynamic mother-daughter duo, Fran and Jayne, they started making their now signature bakes in 2016 from their small kitchen.

A hit with friends and family, they knew they were onto something scrumptious! Expanding to a bigger kitchen, they still found themselves buried in brownie batter. So, in 2018, they took a leap of faith and opened a shop, where they’ve been baking up a storm ever since. Today, their brownies and bakes, packaged in paper bags, are the talk of the town.

They use only the finest ingredients, source locally where they can, and proudly support other family-run businesses. Now with eight team members, Little Blonde Bakes shows no signs of slowing down. Which is good because their double chocolate brownies are fudg’in delicious!
